Amanda Flora received her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia’s School of Education & Human Development in 2008. She returned to the doctoral program as an adjunct and part-time faculty before returning full-time. During that time, she also worked with the McIntire School of Commerce in their career services office and with the McIntire Business Institute. Dr. Flora teaches courses centered around career and professional development with a focus on diversity and equity.
